• Organisation: There is also a lot of admin in your role - with focus on organising your schedule, your workload, planning, researching… being prepared the night before for your lessons. Working evenings and weekends to ensure you’re organised and ready to support the teacher you work with.  
• Problem-solving skills: You’re used to problem-solving each and every day. Resolving conflict between pupils, or simply working out better ways to teach topics to certain pupils. Solving any problems with parents, complaints, or overcoming setbacks.
